Who They Are

Adventure manufactured homes have been built by experienced craftsmen in Garrett, Indiana since 2009. When Fleetwood Enterprises stopped using the Indiana factory, Wally Comer, Walt Fuller, and Jerry Henry purchased the facility to start building Adventure Homes. With more than 40 years of industry experience, the new owners were able to move right into production on the new line of homes on the very next business day.

Their owners have more than 40 years of industry experience and a commitment to quality. Their motto is “Luxury and Comfort for Less,” and they believe that people who buy Adventure Homes shouldn’t have to settle for “cookie cutter” houses.

The Kalahari Series

Adventure Homes’ Kalahari Series is designed to be the perfect blend of affordability and comfort, making it ideal for first-time homeowners and new families. It is available in both single wide and double wide floor plans with sizes ranging from 747–1,600 square feet. The smaller sizes include two bedrooms and one bathroom, while the larger plans include four beds and two baths.

The Mojave Series

If you’re looking for a wide range of choices in your manufactured home, the Adventure Homes Mojave Series was created for you. With more than 50 different layouts and floor plans available across single wide and sectional homes, the Mohave Series excels in flexibility.

Adventure Homes’ Sahara modular series is the biggest and most luxurious line. Each one of these manufactured homes has at least three bedrooms, and floor plans of up to 2,200 square feet are available.
